Recruiting is a continual effort on everyone's part. Seek out new Scouts for all levels of the System. In this Chapter we will explore some of the avenues we use in our recruitment processes. The BSA and GRSA also have a lot of information on recruitment techniques. Do what works best in your area but never quit recruiting.
