Ice Sculpture 2004

This year's ice sculpture is entitled the "Cold Warrior"

The boys of Troop 344 are selling shares of their ice sculpture and asking buyers/investors to donate their shares to a favorite cause or charity. The sculpture is auctioned off and all the money is distributed to those causes or charities. Sometimes people even donate their shares to Troop 344!

Last year the theme was "Four Freedoms." That sculpture was sold for $150 to State Representative Ray Cox. There were 331 shares bought and donated to many different causes and charities. Each charity received $1 plus 1/331th of the auction proceeds for every share donated.

We'll be opening bids on KYMN radio around 11:00 am Saturday Feb. 28th. Remember, all
the money goes to charity or charitable causes.

Last year Ray Cox was the highest bidder for $150.00.

Last year's ice sculpture is in the photo below.
